📷 Throwback to a Successful Team Offsite! Our House of Governance culture champions, Bárbara Dias and Marie Autuori planned a “Back to School” team offsite. The team gathered for a perfect blend of strategic updates, focused workshops, and team-building activities. Luckily, the ☀️ was shining, allowing us to enjoy plenty of downtime outside. This offsite was a fantastic opportunity to welcome many new team members into the House of Governance family and set the stage for this exciting next chapter in our growth.

This week we had the pleasure of welcoming a great group MBA students from Luxembourg School of Business. ✨ The group got to learn more about what we do, the opportunities in the fintech world in Luxembourg, and then joined some breakout sessions on different topics based on their experience. It was great to exchange with these professionals currently upskilling or looking for new career paths. 🚀

Summer is over, and don't we know it 🌧️ September already flew by, but our team is newly energised and ready to kick things into high gear! It's been an eventful summer at #HouseofGovernance, and here are some highlights: 🤰🏻We saw our Finance Manager, Suné du Plessis, head off on her well-deserved maternity leave. She will be missed, but we are very excited for her as she embarks on her motherhood journey! ✈️ Our team visited a total of 16 countries this summer, hoping that this change of scenery brings fresh ideas and perspectives. 🤝 We welcomed 7 new hires to the House of Governance family! Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to grow and thrive together! 🌱

💡 Yes we can talk about AI, but first we need to talk about structured data 💡 Let me explain, 👇 As usual Luxembourg’s busy event season does not disappoint, getting out there and engaging with clients and the wider network is always energising, I particularly enjoyed the exchanges at these two events: 📆 DepoBank day: Hosted by Laurent Fessmann and Baker McKenzie this week, congrats on bringing together a great panel of leaders, and some great in-depth discussions. 📆 GenAI Executed: hosted by Christophe PIETZ and Luxat: a fantastic session discussing #GenAI, with participation from Mark Osborn Clément MILVILLE and Sebastien Respaut. While both were thoroughly successful in their own right, what was interesting was to see the common theme across the two - the need for more #structureddata, finding a common approach and where applicable #standardisation. The depositary working groups such as the one run by the ABBL, chaired by Maxime PERRIN have made great progress in driving commonality and collaboration. In order for depo's to truly take back control, structured data is crucial. The GenAI discussions very quickly honed in on the importance of structured data - after all how can you automate anything without it? We then very quickly moved on to regulation and of course the #EUAIAct. This is another area where further collaboration and a collective understanding and appreciation is required if we are to make progress. 🤝 We were lucky enough have some truly engaging discussions with our clients at these events on how #valuedriven solutions supported by AI can deliver control, drive efficiency and of course enable scaleability. It is even more apparent to me today that our main job is to help our clients ‘get the job done’ and enable them to better serve their clients. Eager to continue those discussions and of course the launch of Governance CoPilot in the near future to further fuel our clients capabilities. 🚀 So let me ask you, what job can we help you get done? 🤓 #depositary #GenAI #DataStructure #standardisation #collaboration #FundTech
