Following Quilvest Capital Partners’ exit from Metro Franchising, Managing Director Jared Nagae spoke to PE Hub about how Quilvest successfully scaled Metro, why the franchising sector is so attractive to private equity, and what he learnt from this investment and exit.   Discussing Quilvest’s proven operational value creation playbook, Jared explains how Quilvest grew Metro from 44 units on entry to 105 on exit via organic and inorganic growth strategies.
