Winning the hearts of the Dutch for 35 years ❤️ RTL Nederland recently celebrated its 35th anniversary – and what better way to celebrate than at the RTL Content Event? Running for a good cause 🏃 This past Saturday, some of our Luxembourg-based colleagues took part in the charity run ‘Lëtz Go Gold’, organised by the Fondatioun Kriibskrank Kanner (help for children with cancer). The event was a great success, bringing together over 1,500 participants and raising more than €697,000 to support cancer research. Introducing UFA Mitte GmbH 👋 UFA has established the new unit to continue successful formats and develop new content in central Germany. The unit will be led by producer Katharina Rietz and Henriette Lippold, who will oversee programme development. 🌟 Full circle moment at Talent Meets Bertelsmann (#TMB) winners’ trip 🌟 Yesterday, I had the honour of being invited to the Talent Meets Bertelsmann winners’ trip to RTL in Cologne to introduce RTL Group. It was a pleasure to showcase the colourful world of RTL to an enthusiastic group of students. We delved into who we are, where we are headed, and how we are doing. After the introduction, I enjoyed listening to other presentations on content acquisition/production management, #AdTech, #data and career opportunities at RTL Deutschland and We Are Era. This experience was special for me, as I stood in the students’ shoes exactly 10 years ago, participating in the same international networking event organised by Bertelsmann SE & Co. M6+ and Pluto TV have teamed up in France 🤝 The strategic partnership will bring new content and channels to both platforms: 🔹M6+ users will now enjoy 12 new channels from Pluto TV, featuring 3,000 hours of content 🔹Meanwhile, Pluto TV users get access to six M6 channels with 2,000 hours of popular shows such as Zone Interdite and Les Marseillais This collaboration also includes an advertising agreement, with M6 Publicité managing Pluto TV’s ad inventory in France. 🚀 One thing’s for sure: The DMEXCO - Digital Marketing Expo & Conference 24 – was an absolute blast, and the Future TV stage was the place to be!    We had the pleasure of hearing insightful talks from Frank Vogel and Ricarda Jebsen on #AdtechmadeinEurope – a groundbreaking initiative featuring an incredible tech partnership network between RTL Deutschland and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE that's set to shake up the AdTech world. 🔥🌍    A day after Thomas Servatius of smartclip and Thomas Peruzzi of Virtual Minds explained in more detail the next steps of this collaboration.    Daniel Knapp, Chief Economist at IAB Europe, discussed the European online advertising market, noting that France and Germany remain "sleeping giants" in the realm of digital advertising.    DMEXCO 24 was the perfect space for networking, engaging in meaningful conversations, and being inspired by all the amazing talks and presentations.    While not as obvious as it once was, it still rings true: The big screen provides maximum ad effectiveness. Guaranteeing reach and attention, the combination of mass audiences addressed through linear TV and targeted #ATV ads on Smart TVs has huge potential.    DMEXCO 24 did not disappoint!
