He quickly gained various accreditations and enhanced his expertise in fibre optic safety and wiring. The transition from copper to fibre marked a significant evolution in Marlon’s career. His dedication led to a promotion to Fibre Delivery Supervisor, where he now helps connect 2,000 homes per month. 🏡 💫 Despite facing challenges such as blockages in some old infrastructures during the FttX roll-out, Marlon's expertise and use of digital tools like Mapall have proven crucial in overcoming them. #Solutions30 #S30Family #FibreDeliverySupervisor

Damian Ramola-Piórkowski 🎓, a 22-year-old broadband specialist at Telekom Usługi, joined the company in 2022 following a successful school internship and his graduation from the Technical School of Communications in Szczecin. His impressive skills and enthusiasm led to a job offer, and within a year, he advanced to specialist thanks to his expertise in FttH network construction, as well as his dedication and teamwork. 🤝 Damian emphasizes the importance of focusing on the knowledge and experience of expert technicians, believing that "lack of knowledge is not a disadvantage, but an opportunity to acquire it.” Noelia Escudero 💼, 27 years old, began working as a Backoffice administrator at Solutions30 Iberia last year, motivated by career growth opportunities after having worked in some call centers. He began his professional career in 2014 as an IT and ADSL technician, became an Industrial Workstation (PDTI) reference in 2020, and transitioned to a Network Administrator in 2021. 🖥 As a Network Administrator, David ensures the smooth operation of our network, including LAN, WAN, and site Wi-Fi access points, while providing support to technicians. He enjoys administration, Wi-Fi coverage studies, troubleshooting, building relationships, and sharing his knowledge with his colleagues. 👥 🙌 Reflecting on the importance of his role, David emphasizes, "We are on the front line when a general problem occurs, whether it is a cyber or network issue. Certain actions can shut down the network for the entire facility, whether it involves production or service functions. If there is no network, there is no production."
