Connecting, supporting, empowering aspiring and existing women leaders in global education. Registered Charity: 1201314
À propos
WomenEd is a charity and a global grassroots movement that connects aspiring and existing women leaders in education and gives women leaders a voice in education. The wonderful women who lead WomenEd globally are all volunteers with a passion to improve Gender Equity. Our mission is for more women in education to have the choice to progress on their leadership journey. To achieve this, we work to remove systemic and organisational barriers to such progress and to empower and enable women to achieve their next leadership step.

Very powerful video and yes, we should be marching forward. Sexism and Misogyny holding us back more than ever. Time to disrupt and raise our voices. 📣📣📣WomenEd
Time moves forward. So should our rights. Yet, for too many women and girls, their rights are being pushed backward. At #CSW69, women leaders, activists, & youth advocates are marching forward—driving policies and action to advance gender equality. Let’s stand with them. Together, we march forward #ForAllWomenAndGirls: Rights. Equality. Empowerment.

The demonstrated competence is indisbutable of Sir Hamid Patel. The Chartered College of Teaching always highlighting the importance of excellence in education, proud to be a Fellow of this organisation. ECIS, the Educational Collaborative for International Schools KDSL Global WomenEd
The Chartered College of Teaching is immensely grateful for the significant contributions that Sir Hamid Patel has made to the education sector over the years and continues to make, positively impacting the lives of thousands of students, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a sector, we can count ourselves lucky to have such a highly accomplished individual appointed as interim chair of Ofsted. We wholeheartedly condemn the racist abuse towards him, and the attempts to undermine his appointment. The teaching profession benefits significantly from an increase in diversity, especially at the highest levels of education leadership, which will improve the retention and recruitment of global majority teachers, as well as students’ feelings of belonging. We look forward to working with Sir Hamid Patel as we continue to advocate for an equitable and ethical accountability system, and we wish him all the best for this new role. #Ofsted

🌟 Coaching for Neurodivergent Leaders: Unlocking Strengths, Not Masking Them. It's Neurodivergent Celebration Week 🎉🎊🎉 Leadership often feels like a game with unwritten rules. And for neurodivergent leaders, those rules seem designed for a completely different operating system. 🔹 You thrive on deep thinking, but leadership culture values ‘thinking on your feet.’ 🔹 You bring laser focus to the right details, but others call it ‘perfectionism.’ 🔹 You need processing time to give your best insights, but fast-paced decision-making is the expectation. Too often, neurodivergent leaders are made to feel like they must ‘fix’ themselves to fit leadership norms. Coaching flips that on its head. 💡 Coaching doesn’t push you to lead like everyone else—it helps you harness your strengths, your way. The coaching I offer, is designed to help you: ✅ Create leadership strategies that fit your brain, not the other way around. ✅ Develop communication approaches that work for you—not just what’s ‘expected.’ ✅ Build confidence in setting boundaries, delegating, and advocating for the adjustments you need. ✅ Turn ‘weaknesses’ into leadership strengths. (Because let’s be honest—most ‘weaknesses’ are only weaknesses in rigid environments.) In The Unmasked Leadership Collective, coaching doesn’t push you to mask—it helps you maximise the leadership potential you already have. 💬 What’s one ‘leadership expectation’ that never works for you? Let’s challenge it. 🔗 Join the ULC waitlist here: https://lnkd.in/dTmMMsb6 #NeurodiversityCelebrationWeek #NeurodivergentLeadership #CoachingForLeaders #TheUnmaskedLeadershipCollective #DEIB WomenEd Neurodiverse Brains in the Workplace
