Starting from 14 August AS Grenardi Group invites both retail and professional investors from across the Baltics to invest in the public offering of the second tranche of its bond issue for a total amount of EUR 5 million. The bonds will bear a fixed interest rate of 10% and a maturity period of 3 years. The subscription period will start on 14 August and end on 27 August. In total, 50 000 bonds are offered with a nominal value of EUR 100 per bond and a total issue amount of EUR 5 million. It will be possible to apply for the purchase of bonds in all major Baltic commercial banks, in the investments section of the internet bank, or with the brokerage companies.
