🏗️ Excited to showcase a highlight from our portfolio: 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗰𝗸. 👊 This project illustrates our precast element system, expertly designed to form a complete, self-supporting formwork. This approach virtually eliminates the need for additional on-site formwork, with minor exceptions at select dock front areas. Our prefab elements are engineered with integral main load-bearing reinforcement, ready to withstand the pressures of fresh concrete as well as final loads in operating stage. 🏗️ 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂 one of our projects - a movable building in Norway. 👊 This project might be on the smaller side but 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝘆. Some of the challenges included 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 a wind mitigation system that is different from what you’d find in regular buildings. We ensured 𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of all moving parts, using 𝗧𝗲𝗸𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 for 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲 detailing and comprehensive 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗱 documentation to ensure a 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝘁. 💡 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀 with your structural design inquiries. #MovableBuildings #SteelDesign #StructuralDesign #TeklaStructures #Design #Detailing
