Viesturs Celmins represented VEFRESH and introduced the public with the EIT Urban Mobility accelerator Accelerate2Move. Exciting progress in Riga!👏 As part of the Greendash project by EIT Urban Mobility, Bruntor has developed two custom electric scooters tailored to meet the needs of the Territorial Improvement Project Development Department of Riga and Rīgas Meži. These scooters are a big step toward promoting sustainable, emission-free transport in our city. During this week's project seminar, our partners explored the technical specs, charging, and operational guidelines for these scooters. They also had the chance to test their controllability and maneuverability on the grounds of Rīgas Meži and the nearby Arkādijas Park. During the workshops, we focused on practical solutions – participants from the state, local government, and private sectors worked together to simplify procurement procedures for Riga City Council and Riga Municipal Police. 🧠✨
