    📢#Hiring Work location: Casablanca, Morocco   The Executive Assistant will provide support for the HR Department and the Country General Manager.   Key responsibilities will include : ·        Support the HR team in administrative duties ·        Coordinates logistics for any HR events and ensuring that all is in line with agreed parameters ·        Support the HR team in coordinating the interviews including setting up of the interviews and preparing the documents, room etc. ·        Acting as the main point of contact for ANAPEC. ·        Managing the front office function and greeting all visitors and employees. ·        Being the first point of contact for all communication and documents on behalf of the organisation ·        Visitors' reception and organisation of all logistical requirements including the accommodation, flights and coordination of stay itinerary ·        Organization of internal team travel trips (plane tickets, hotels, expenses, etc.) ·        Entering and preparation of Purchase Orders (within budget) ·        Posting of supplier invoices ·        Processing of requests related to the general manager. ·        Verification of expense reports according to local procedure ·        Assisting the General Manager in managing the agenda and ensuring smooth running of the schedule. ·        Performing any other duties as may be assigned   Qualifications, Experience, Skills, and Knowledge required: ·        Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or related field. ·        Fluency in French and English is essential. ·        Minimum of 3 years of experience within a similar administrative role ·        Must be proactive and able to multitask. ·        Attentive to detail. ·        Good knowledge of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel and PP skills. ·        Ability to work in a team.

Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the retail industry. Collaborate with department managers to meet staffing needs promptly. 2- Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, promoting a positive work environment. Foster open communication channels between employees and management. Conduct regular feedback sessions to address concerns and implement improvements. 3- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR policies. 7- HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain HR metrics to measure program effectiveness. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key HR indicators. 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an HR Manager in the retail industry, preferably in Morocco. Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively and build strong working relationships. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
