About us
All Energies Services is an operator of Offshore Supply Vessels focusing on the West African and Middle East market. We offer International Oil Companies, Offshore Supply Vessels (Anchor Handling Tug, Platform and Fast Support Intervention Supply Vessels, Accomodation Barges and Crew Boats. Petro Services offers Operational and Technical Management for Supply Vessels. We provide ship owners the ease and assurance of placing their vessels in West Africa without the necessity of implementing a local branch. Our aim is to fill the gap between an owner that is not present in Africa and Oil Companies. Our business model has been focused on providing a fully integrated in-country logistic support to maximise the synergy and the services to the Oil Companies. We assist with all daily operations of the vessels and all services are provided in house. All Energies Services undertakes all local responsibilities (contracts, taxes, licenses, local crew, logistics, clearances, visa's, spare parts, jetty bookings, travels, customs, imports, local purchases...). In the countries we operate, we have teams available on a 24/7 basis to respond to any requests from our clients. We currently render our services in Congo-Brazzaville, Cameroon, Gabon, Ghana, Angola, Mozambique, Senegal, Qatar and U.A.E. By 2015 we aim at having a presence in Nigeria and Ivory Coast. High HSEQ awareness, client satisfaction, supplier satisfaction and employee satisfaction is the continuous commitment we wish to achieve. Our target is the success of our clients.

All Energies Services is looking for a Legal Counsel. The ideal candidate would have a law degree from a leading University and at least 5PQE. Prior in-house experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with the marine / energy segments is a distinctive advantage but those with corporate and commercial transactional experience are also welcome to apply. Most of the work is based on English law (albeit multi-jurisdictional in nature) but experienced non-UK qualified lawyers may also be considered provided their command of the English language is impeccable. Post grad qualifications in the UK /US are also an advantage as so is the ability to speak other languages (French, Portuguese, or Spanish).
