🎉 Congratulations to our Heartist of the Month for August 2024: Pawel SIEDLIK! 🎉 Originally from Poland, Pawel has a unique and exciting background. After studying Asian Culture and Visual Merchandising in Krakow, he decided to pursue his passion for high mountains, climbing, and skiing by moving to Chamonix, where he worked as a cook at the Aiguille du Midi at the age of 28. Eight years later, he joined the team at Fairmont Monte Carlo, where he now holds the position of Chef de Partie, responsible for breakfasts. Pawel stands out for his love of live cooking, which allows him to interact directly with guests, an aspect of his job he particularly enjoys. His love for cooking comes from his enjoyment of good food. His favorite dish is Barszcz, a beetroot and potato soup that reminds him of his native Poland and is also loved by his little daughter. We are proud to have Pawel on our team and grateful for his energy and passion that enrich every day at Fairmont Monte Carlo! 👏 🎉 Félicitations à notre Heartist du mois d'août 2024 : Pawel SIEDLIK ! 🎉 Originaire de Pologne, Pawel a un parcours unique et passionnant. Après des études à Cracovie en Culture d'Asie et en Visual Merchandising, il a décidé de suivre sa passion pour la haute montagne, l'escalade et le ski en se rendant à Chamonix, où il a travaillé comme cuisinier à l'Aiguille du Midi à ses 28 ans. Huit ans plus tard, il a rejoint l'équipe du Fairmont Monte Carlo, où il occupe aujourd'hui le poste de Chef de Partie, responsable des petits-déjeuners. Son amour pour la cuisine vient de son plaisir de bien manger.
