🌅 Echoes of Venice: Rethinking hospitality in Venetian conservation areas For the 5th Anniversary Edition of the Monaco Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous, M3 Monaco unveils the new theme of its annual international architecture competition. Students, young and professional architects are challenged to imagine a new scenario or rethink the development of Certosa island’s infrastructures, in Venice, and create a unique dialogue including regenerative tourism components, the maritime journey appeal, “La Serenissima” context and the UNESCO World Heritage listing.
