#wearemontecarlo #mymontecarlo #DRH #RSE

  • On September 29, the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste, Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer reaffirmed its commitment to a sustainable future. Within the 2022-2026 Sustainable Charter engagement for sustainable cooking, our establishments strive to reduce food waste through responsible initiatives, from sourcing local and sustainable products to valuing every ingredient. Chef Gollino, 1st Sous-Chef at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, is one of the avid defenders of sustainable cooking and suggests on his menu an exemplary recipe with 0 waste: chard cut as tagliatelle, thickened with a pesto made of leaves. • #MonteCarloArt In the 1980s, Monaco shone brightly in the spotlight of cinematic glamour. This jewel of the Côte d'Azur, already renowned for its luxury and elegance, became a veritable sanctuary for the international cinema's stars. A time when every street corner could be the setting for a film, and when the magic of the seventh art blended perfectly with the sumptuous décor of this Mediterranean paradise.
