According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, Apple has intensified its efforts in developing the first Macs equipped with the M4 chip, which was introduced earlier this year alongside the new iPad Pro.
The company is anticipated to unveil updated versions of the MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and iMac featuring the M4 chip.
While it is expected that the iMac and MacBook Pro will retain their current designs, rumors suggest that the M4 Mac mini may adopt a completely new, more compact design resembling that of an Apple TV. Nevertheless, those eager for new Macs may need to exercise some patience.
It is customary for Apple to organize special events focused on the Mac in October, thus it would not be unexpected if the company opts to follow this tradition again this year.
Speculation indicates that the upcoming iPhone SE will undergo a redesign to resemble the iPhone 14 more closely. This redesign is expected to involve the substitution of Touch ID with Face ID and the incorporation of an OLED display featuring a notch at the top.
Additionally, it is rumored that the new SE will be equipped with the A18 chip to support Apple Intelligence functionalities. Nevertheless, while Apple is anticipated to discuss new iPhone models next week, sources suggest that the iPhone SE 4 is likely to be unveiled in the first half of 2025.
Apple is in the process of developing several new models of the HomePod. Recent leaks on the internet have unveiled a design resembling the HomePod 2, but featuring an LCD touchscreen on its upper surface.
