👉Вчера бевме дел од прва регрутинг конференција Shaping Tomorrow’s Workforce, во организација на ИТТУДЕ / ITtude компанија за регрутирање, вработување и човечки ресурси. 👏🙏Ни беше особена чест да бидеме во својство не само на нивни пријатели, туку и како активни учесници во рамки на предавањата и дикусиите. Нашиот колега Dejan Madjoski , Mенаџeр на секторот за Човечки ресурси и организација имаше значајно излагање каде ги сподели своите ставови и искуства за воспоставување на човечката врска помеѓу компаниите и вработените. ✅„Деловното опкружување во кое функционираме по Ковид-19 кризата, следено од зголемената инфлација, регионалните војни, експоненцијалниот раст на употребата на технологијата (вештачка интелигенција, дигитални канали, апликации за комуникација и соработка итн.), како и недостигот на квалификувани вработени на пазарот на труд, создаде потреба кај организациите да го променат својот пристап кон вработените со тоа што ќе се поврзат со нив на начин што оди чекор подалеку од досегашните концепти за ангажираност и искуство на вработените.“ Тој истакна дека воспоставувањето на врската со вработените треба да им овозможи на компаниите да се поврзат со своите вработени на позначаен, исполнет и инспиративен начин, холистички грижејќи се за нивниот раст и благосостојба. 👉Конференцијата беше посветена на теми поврзани со иднината на човечките ресурси и како заеднички можеме да го обликуваме пазарот на трудот. Присутните имаа можност да слушнат инспиративни предавања и дискусии кои ја истакнаа важноста на добросостојбата на регрутерите, нивните лични избори и како тоа влијае врз професионалниот успех.
