He took me down memory lane and I tried to share my journey and transformative moments through his many questions. From the times with my grandmother who ignited my passion for cooking and service focused attitude by bringing smiles to the friends and family enjoying her delicacies, to my grandfather commitment to excellence as well as other early influences which shaped my leadership style, focused on empowering teams and appreciating diverse cultures. I tried to reflect as well how throughout my career, I have tried to balance passion with self-care, ensuring personal time for reflection.
