The session features Prof. Hiroto Kobayashi from Keio University, who will present on “Participatory Local Action: Nurturing Sense of Home in Disaster-Affected Areas,” focusing on the Veneer House, an adaptable shelter solution made from local materials like bamboo and wood—ideal for rapid deployment in post-flood contexts.
