We welcome Ms. Jessica Tanti, a graduate Civil Engineer, as part of our team at Crowd Net. Jessica began her academic journey in MCAST by graduating as a draughtsperson in 2010. She later earned her Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, from the University of Malta, in 2022.   Jessica brings a wealth of experience from working in prominent local firms, where she refined her skills through a diverse range of projects. She is excited to advance her career in traffic analysis and modelling, as part of our team. Passionate about sustainability, she firmly believes that thoughtful engineering can transform communities and enhance the quality of life.   Outside of work, Jessica enjoys walking, listening to music, and immersing herself in meditation, through sketching. #meettheteam

We are pleased to introduce our recent recruit, Kurt Scicluna, a Graduate Civil Engineer. Kurt earned his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Malta. Kurt is passionate about sustainability, gamification of the built environment, and architectural design, bringing a fresh perspective to our projects. He firmly believes that sustainable engineering practices can make a significant positive impact on our environment and communities. Additionally, he advocates that gamifying open spaces brings a variety of benefits to the social realm. Kurt is excited to work on diverse projects, ranging from design to supervision of works. Outside of work, Kurt enjoys exploring history and strategy games, and unwinding with leisurely hikes next to the sea. We are happy to share that our own office extension project is nearing its completion. The traditional two-storey town house was expanded to accommodate better our growing workplace communities at CNet and PWL. The design approach seamlessly blends modern aesthetics with the inherent charm of the existing architecture. The conversion not only pays homage to the building's architectural heritage but also exemplifies our commitment to sustainable design practices. A collaborative and efficient work environment is characterized by clean lines, and strategically incorporated natural light. The adaptive reuse project serves as a testament to our dedication to sustainable design and the transformative power of thoughtful architectural solutions. #workenvironment

#meettheteam Daliya Kuppayamuthan Vijayan, an Architect, is a recent addition to our team. With over three years of experience working in India and Italy, she has been involved in diverse projects, involving architectural, landscape, graphic & interior design. For her Master's thesis at the Politecnico di Torino, Italy, she designed an Urban Open Public Space for a cultural waterfront park.  She firmly believes that designing an efficient and sustainable environment, that seamlessly integrates nature and landscape elements, can significantly enhance individuals' mental well-being in our fast-paced society. Working with Crowdnet would allow her to pursue her interest in studying and improving the design of public spaces. In addition to her professional pursuits, she is passionate about Arts, Sports, Yoga, Photography, Music, Travel and Social service.
