Last Friday of 15th March saw 600+ chief executives, owners, entrepreneurs, business professionals and students coming together at the MCC for one of the most anticipated conferences of the year, as presented by Business Leaders Malta & Malta Daily. This esteemed conference marked the 11th edition of Business Leaders Malta, with this year's theme being “Mind the Gap: Connecting Generation XYZ”,. Thus, it aimed to delve deep into the generational divides that are currently shaping the business landscape. The theme was a reflection of the evolving challenges and opportunities that arise from the diverse age groups coexisting in today’s workforce. The lineup of guest speakers was particularly noteworthy, featuring prominent figures such as David JP Phillips, who is one of the most viewed TEDx speakers with 11 million views, and Jenk Oz, FRSA BCyA, who is Britian's youngest CEO, together with local amazing speakers; Michael Cutajar, Neil Agius, Edward Curmi, and Katrina Grech, Gabriel Mifsud, Valentina Rossi and Malta Enterprise CEO Kurt Farrugia. With keynotes by such globally and locally renowned speakers, the audience were treated to in-depth conversations about all the ins-and-outs of the business world. The BLM Conference has already been confirmed for next year, promising to be bigger and better than ever with even more world renowned speakers to add to the pantheon. #MaltaDaily
