Last Friday, our team in Malta held a special "New Joiners Brunch" with the CEO, offering the team members an opportunity to meet senior leadership in a relaxed setting, with the aim to foster open communication and strengthen company culture. During the brunch, our CEO, Karl Aquilina, welcomed the recent hires, and emphasized the importance of collaboration and the value that each of the team members contribute. Mr Vecchi is a finance professional with over 10 years of C-level experience and more than 30 years of senior level financial experience with multinational corporations in the manufacturing, logistics, distribution and services sectors in Europe, Africa, South America and the United States. Group Chief Executive Officer Karl Aquilina welcomed Mr Vecchi and noted that his expertise and international experience will be of great value to the Group’s expanding operations across several jurisdictions and geographical locations. Today, Salvo Grima Group operates in eight countries in Europe and Africa, employing over 260 people in the distribution, ship supply and travel retail sectors.
