As a global, remote-first team, we’ve embraced the challenge of creating meaningful, offline moments that unite us beyond our digital workspace. Recently, our teams got the chance to step away from their screens and bond in unique ways across several countries. From the fast lanes to the great outdoors, here’s how we’ve been bringing our vision to life: 🏎 South Africa: A day full of go-karting and healthy competition, followed by cold drinks and a well-deserved lunch. Shoutout to the top 3 racers! 🍽 Tanzania: The team enjoyed a delightful lunch and pool day together, strengthening bonds as they continue to grow. 🐎 Uganda: Sylvia took to the outdoors on horseback, trading her screen for stunning views and fresh air. 🎮 Mozambique: Tunecas brought his brother along for an adrenaline-filled adventure at a local arcade. 🏁 Kenya: Another team took on the go-kart challenge, looking professional and ready to win in their racing gear. 🌊 Pakistan: Ali took some of his friends to the beach where they enjoy the beauty of the ocean.
