Dans le cadre de la Journée Mondiale de la Santé Mentale, nous avons collaboré avec Oficea pour organiser un atelier animé par Delphine Toulet (MHSP, CWPC) de Wellbeing Dodo Baba Ltd. 🌿 Nos membres ont pu découvrir des outils pratiques pour équilibrer corps et esprit, comme le partage Anabel B.: « Ce workshop fut une immersion douce dans un domaine sensible, profond et qui touche tout le monde. Ce que je retiens, c’est que le Mental Wellness repose sur un équilibre entre le corps et l’esprit qui devrait toucher tout le monde. Des outils simples, comme la respiration profonde, le self-care incluant le sommeil, l'hygiène de vie, l'environnement de travail pour en citer que cela, ainsi que la capacité à se détacher des événements extérieurs, sont essentiels pour maintenir cet équilibre. C’est un workshop que je recommanderai sans hésitation. »
