Last year we welcomed 18 students from Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences to work with us over the course of their semester and help us shape the future. As part of their project they investigated how processes can be optimized using artificial intelligence and identify suitable AI tools and use cases. We're delighted to share the conclusion of the university project: Valuable impetus for the use of AI in practice 🎓🤖 In January, the students presented the results of the joint university project at our Düsseldorf office. The project results at a glance: ➡️ A comprehensive list of AI tools for public authorities in North Rhine-Westphalia with a holistic view of citizen-related administrative processes. ➡️ Analysis and evaluation of promising use cases. ➡️ Evaluation of the results in the context of Computacenter's AI approach. The students' clear recommendations and structured analyses provide us with valuable impetus for the practical use of artificial intelligence. The project impressively demonstrates how science and practice can benefit from each other.
