🇺🇸 Donald Trump will return to the White House this Monday after an unprecedented inauguration held inside the Capitol for the first time in decades. The day will begin with Trump and his wife, Melania, attending a religious service at St. John’s Episcopal Church, a site significant to Trump due to his 2020 appearance there amid protests. 🏛️ Following the service, Trump will meet outgoing President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill for a symbolic tea and coffee meeting at the White House before traveling together to the Capitol. Due to extreme cold and snow, the ceremony will take place inside the Capitol’s rotunda, a highly symbolic space. Trump will take the oath of office and deliver his inaugural speech, outlining his vision for the next four years, in what is expected to draw comparisons to his controversial 2017 address. 🇲🇽 Central Mexico boasts an industrial inventory of 230 million square feet, with stable rental prices and a 4.5% availability rate. Major players like Mercado Libre and DHL have invested in strategic locations near the AIFA airport and railway lines. 🚗 Government officials from Hidalgo, Mexico State, and Mexico City highlighted their regions’ strengths at the Business Automotive Meeting. Hidalgo has attracted $90 billion pesos in investments and created 129,300 jobs in key industries. Mexico City launched the InCDMX agency to attract foreign companies and diversify its economy. Mexico State, with the largest workforce in the country and 219 industrial parks, reported $26.7 billion in exports, mainly in the automotive sector. 📈 These states aim to drive industrial development through clean energy, electromobility, and pharmaceuticals, positioning the region as a top destination for national and international investments.
