Our teams in Hermosillo, Mexico, recently united for #GreenerTogether, a week full of hands-on activities aimed at taking real environmental action and raising awareness.   They kicked off their journey with a powerful pledge to protect the #environment, as our team members quite literally left their mark! The week was packed with impactful initiatives, including:   🌿 Workshops on #sustainability and #energy efficiency led by local experts. 🎨 Creative sessions focused on #recycling and reusing non-hazardous waste. 🌎 #ClimateFresk training, empowering our team to better understand and tackle climate change. 🏃♂️ The Greener Together race, bringing our four Mexican sites together for a day of team spirit and physical activity. 🌱 #Cleanup and #planting efforts in our adopted area of the city, making a visible difference in our local environment.   These actions are more than just words—they’re steps towards a greener, more sustainable future. Farewell to our All Pioneers Challenge winners – what a journey it's been! ✨   After an incredible week of exploration and #aeronautics adventures, it’s time to say goodbye to our international winners from Mexico, Brazil, and France. From a thrilling airshow in Biscarrosse to an exclusive visit at DGA Essais en Vol (#DGAEV) in Cazaux, from discovering our partner Tarmac Aerosave’s impressive facilities in Tarbes to exploring Latecoere’s competence centers in Liposthey and Gimont – and even taking a leap to the Moon at the “Cité de l’Espace” scientific culture center 🌕 – this week has been nothing short of extraordinary!   These talented teams are now heading back to Hermosillo, Jacareí, and Gimont with memories that will last a lifetime. But they’re not just taking memories with them – they’ll be spreading the word, inspiring their colleagues to join the next edition of the All Pioneers Challenge, and sharing ideas that can spark real change on the shop floors. 💡   At Latecoere, we believe that game-changing initiatives often come from within, and this contest proves it! Congratulations to our teams in Hermosillo, Mexico! 🇲🇽 Our #Composite competence center in North America has successfully achieved #NADCAP certification for Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing, in addition to its existing NADCAP Composites Certificate. This state-of-the-art facility, acquired by Latecoere in 2021, specializes in the supply of precision-engineered structural composite assemblies and components for the aerospace industry.   Achieving NADCAP certification is no small feat! This recognition involves a rigorous auditing process to ensure compliance with the highest industry standards.
