Our Oak Brook team provided interior design and furniture management services for Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors and Roofing's 30,000 SF office headquarters relocation in Rosemont, IL. The project includes an open office neighborhood concept and a series of training rooms with movable walls to encourage collaboration. Our Nashville office is excited to share our latest project, a 309,960 SF industrial warehouse in North Nashville! This building features speculative office suites, 36’ clear heights and a rear-loading design. Notable highlights include large metal feature canopies at the corner entries, plus clerestory windows in every bay, ensuring natural light throughout the warehouse. Our team provided architect of record services for the luxury mattress brand, Saatva, in Seattle, WA. The new showroom design showcases immersive features including engaging ceiling architecture, sustainable flooring, warm lighting concepts and a subdued color palate adding both elegance and sophistication to one of the city's most exclusive shopping areas. Customers use technology within the store to interact with and learn about Saatva's products at their own pace. Technology concepts include a six-by-ten-foot changing digital display wall, which allows customers to experience Saatva mattresses in different settings.
