Job Description
Manage the Recovery department and secure that all the Recovery areas are staffed during opening hours.
Ensure operational efficiency of department and secure high level of competencies in the team.
Manage the AS IS shop and secure a high commercial level to reach the sales goals of this unit.
Strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged goods in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repackaging and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the AS IS shop.
Cooperate with all department managers in sales to minimise the damage of goods and with the logistics manager to minimise the damage of goods in the logistics areas.
Ensure the administrative routines are implemented.
Manage the quality work in the store and secure that the control, reporting and claims process of quality is implemented.
Qualifications
SPM or equivalent. Work experience in processes related to quality, sustainability, change management and process improvements will be added advantage.
