Did you know that we were once housed at Menara IMC? Today, we are more than 235-strong and earlier this year, we introduced a chic and comfortable level 25 that underscores our commitment for collaboration, innovation and sustainability. Last weekend, the ASM Support Team, made up of our IT, Finance, and HR departments, hit the streets of Bentong for a dynamic teambuilding adventure. Through the eye-opening #MeToo activity and an exhilarating game of Captain Ball, team members deepened their connections and discovered new dimensions of their fellow Arvatorians. Join us in celebrating the graduation of our latest batch of Arvato Systems Malaysia Internship Program (AIP) interns; an energetic bunch of young and passionate changemakers who have each left an impact with us during the past six months. This marks the 3rd iteration of our AIP initiative which gives young talents the chance to be immersed in hands-on technical projects and receive mentoring from technical experts as well as the opportunity to develop interpersonal skillsets that will greatly enrich their experience. Through the program, these 13 talents assimilated into the Arvatorian culture with numerous exercises designed to provide them with real-world exposure and direct involvement in initiatives such as the Corporate Responsibility (CR) project, amongst others. With this, we are delighted to share that this is the highest conversion rate of graduates to date since the inception of our program back in 2022! This achievement is testament to the fact that we continue to invest in all of our talents by giving them the support to accelerate their career growth and enhance their professional skills.
