EDOTCO has embraced this approach by collaborating with one of its trusted vendors, Naluri Rasa Sdn Bhd, in a joint CSR initiative at Kampung Orang Asli Rakoh, Pahang.    By aligning our resources and expertise, we have created a program that not only addresses immediate challenges—such as the need for sustainable energy and health education—but also fosters long-term benefits, including improved living conditions and increased environmental awareness. Last month, EDOTCO Bangladesh team stepped out of their corporate roles and into the kitchen, joining forces with the volunteers of ভালো কাজের হোটেল (Meal for Good Work). Together, they worked tirelessly to prepare, package, and distribute meals to around 350 individuals.    Partnering with ‘ভালো কাজের হোটেল (Meal for Good Work),’ a unique voluntary organisation, the team aimed to spread goodwill while addressing one of the most pressing issues: hunger. The organisation operates on a simple but powerful principle—provide a meal in exchange for a good deed. Instead of simply handing out meals, the organisation encourages recipients to perform an act of kindness as a way of giving back to society. This exchange helps to foster a sense of community and responsibility among those who often feel neglected or invisible. Over the weekend, EDOTCO Rangers rolled up their sleeves and took action in our CSR Coastal Clean-Up initiative at several beaches across Malaysia, including Kelanang Beach!   This effort is part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability, aligning with the company’s broader goals and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). By leading initiatives like these, EDOTCO is not only reducing our environmental impact but also setting a benchmark for others in the industry to follow.   Thanks to the dedication of our incredible EDOTCO Rangers, we successfully removed an impressive 185kg tons of waste, helping to restore the natural beauty of Kelanang Beach and protect the marine ecosystem.
