  • A well-known international logistics company is in search of a Senior Payroll Executive to join their team, up to 7k. Your new company This company is an international logistics company with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Payroll Executive to join their team in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, or other state as assigned, up to 7k. Your new role As Senior Payroll Executive, you will need: • Oversee full scope of monthly payroll operation to ensure the payroll is processed accurately and timely. • Ensure payroll and personnel records are well maintained in HRM / Payroll system. • Ensure document are filed properly in accordance with internal SOP. • Oversee the monthly overtime process. • Prepare payroll reports timely and accurately. • Monitor all contract renewals, confirmations, resignation, etc. to ensure timely follow up. • Attend to queries from statutory bodies. • Handle payroll-related enquiries via service request platform. • Oversee the leave management in system and ensure leave entitlement and setting is updated accordingly. • Coordinate exit clearance with leavers. • Liaise with HRM / Payroll system vendor for system enhancement or customization to ensure the functionality and setting fulfil our policy requirements. • Validate employees’ reimbursement claims. • Support in insurance benefits administration such as employee movement update and coordinating with broker or insurer on employees’ claim. • Prepare documents for audit requirements. • Support in all C&B activities such as letter preparation and policy review, etc. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need: • Strong knowledge of the local labour laws especially the Employment Act. • Strong MS Excel skills preferred Basic to intermediate-level knowledge (e.g. Vlookup, IF functions, multi-level sorting). • Strong knowledge of attendance system module as well as shift setup is an added advantage. • Self-starter who is able to work and learn independently with minimal supervision or guidance. • Diploma or Degree in HR Management or equivalent. • Minimum 4 years of experience in payroll operation in a manufacturing, logistics or equivalent environment. • Handled payroll portfolio with at least 300-500 headcount including blue-collar / OT-eligible employees. They are looking for a strategic Junior and Senior HRBP to join their team in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, or other state as assigned, up to 20k. Your new role As HRBP, you will need: . Responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. · Provides day-to-day performance management guidance and HR policy interpretation to line supervisors and managers. · Partner with stakeholders to understand their hiring requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. · Manage, participate and review salary benching, annual increment, bonus, and allowance structure, ensuring all compensation and benefits strategies remains relevant and competitive while maintaining internal equity. · Handle employee relations including grievance handling, investigation, and disciplinary action. · Review and improve HR workflow, policies, and procedures, roll out productivity initiatives to motivate employees and drive business performance. · Drive and coordinate employee engagement and wellness activities. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need: · Degree in Business or HR-related discipline with at least 2 years (junior executive) or 4 years (senior executive) of HR Generalist experience. · Strong personal presence and credibility, complemented by excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills. · Ability to work effectively under time pressure and when faced with competing priorities. · Possess an agile mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
