Gamuda Land's GL Business Get Set Go Initiative Continues. Since its launch on last year November, over 100 businesses have applied for financial support, and the initiative will continue with more opportunities to be announced. The program, with a RM1.8M grant pool, helps small businesses grow in Gamuda Land's townships. GAMUDA, in partnership with Castleforge, has officially broken ground on 75 London Wall, a £1.2 billion redevelopment project in the heart of London. Formerly known as Winchester House, this landmark property is set to transform into a state-of-the-art, sustainable office building. Upon completion in 2027, the 14-storey development will feature 688,000 sq ft of gross development area, including 465,822 sq ft of premium office space. Designed with sustainability at its core, 75 London Wall is targeting top-tier certifications: BREEAM Official ‘Outstanding,’ WELL Core ‘Platinum,’ and NABERS UK 5-Star Design. The groundbreaking ceremony, led by Gamuda’s Dato’ Lin Yun Ling and Castleforge’s Michael Kovacs was attended by over 80 industry leaders, including UK government representatives. We had the opportunity to learn how to cook with fresh, locally sourced, and foraged ingredients, gaining a deeper understanding of how food connects to both culture and the environment.
