Gennem årene har den sønderjyske industrivirksomhed deltaget i karrieremesser på SDU Sønderborg - University of Southern Denmark samt åbnet deres egne døre for nysgerrige studerende. Målet? At finde kvalificerede internationale og danske medarbejdere blandt SDU’s studerende og dimittender 🎯 Sådan lykkedes det for nyligt virksomheden at ansætte tyskfødte SDU-dimittend Christian Mester i en graduate-stilling. Med en BA i International Business Administration and Foreign Languages samt en stærk sproglig og kulturel forståelse er Christian blevet en uundværlig ressource for den verdensomspændende virksomhed. Internationale dimittender som Christian finder det også attraktivt at arbejde over grænsen. ”Jeg får mulighed for at udvikle mig og tage ansvar, også selvom jeg er ung. Did you know that the first sales strategy at LINAK included sending 450 letters via the Danish postal service? 📨 When our founder and CEO, Bent Jensen had developed and produced the first functioning linear actuator, he didn’t know much about sales. To sell his fantastic product, he and his wife wrote and sent 450 individual letters to industrial and agricultural manufacturers 📫 Of those 450 letters, only two responded which didn’t turn into sales. A lot has changed since the first strategy. We are firm believers in strong relationships with our customers, with a personal and professional approach.
