📣 We’re thrilled to announce that academics from the School of Business at Monash University Malaysia swept the awards for Best Paper and Best Speaker at the 2024 International Conferences on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS2024), held from September 3rd to 7th, 2024. 🎉 Congratulations to Prof. Dilip Mutum PhD Mutum for winning the Best Presenter Award for his research paper titled “Gamification of Robo-Advisors: Shaping User Experience and Brand Loyalty,” and to Dr. Sarabjit Kaur as a co-author of the Best Paper Award for the research titled “AI Chatbot in Service Recovery: A Moderated-Mediation Model.”  Special recognition also goes to their principal author/co-authors for this notable success. Spent the evening inspired by Joel Neoh recounting his time at Monash Malaysia School of Engineering, but it was a chance attendance at a class at the School of Business at Monash University Malaysia teaching how to write a business plan was where it all started. That business plan was for his first start up to help students find a job, and the rest as they say is history. Methodical, passionate, not afraid to try, resilient, and of course, never stops learning are some of the ingredients for his success. Joel, I'm pretty sure your Mum is very proud of you ! (And to think that she initially wanted him to do medicine .... )
