The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, experience in managing KOL campaigns, and a passion for growing brand awareness through innovative content and partnerships. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in assisting our customers with inquiries and issues related to our vacuum products. You will handle live chat support, address customer concerns, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person. - Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and service requests for Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuums. - Process service requests, warranty claims, and product returns in accordance with company policies. - Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer records, managing service logs, and coordinating with technical support teams. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes. - Stay informed about product features, updates, and common issues for the brands we service. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
