We are HIRING for Digital Marketing Manager! 💁♀️ We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Manager who is proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay to lead our social media strategies and oversee relationships with influencers and key opinion leaders (KOLs). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, experience in managing KOL campaigns, and a passion for growing brand awareness through innovative content and partnerships. Key Responsibilities: -Social Media Strategy, Ads & Campaign Management -KOL/Influencer Marketing -Retail Marcom Responsibilities -Analytics & Reporting -Collaboration & Cross-functional Work Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. -Strong emphasis on digital marketing, paid ads & KOL management. -Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay -Proven track record of managing and growing social media accounts. -Experience with influencer marketing, including working with contracts and performance tracking. -Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Shopee & Xiaohongshu), and Facebook CPAS, Google SEM and SEO -Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly in influencer outreach and management. -Creative, innovative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital trends. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be essential in assisting our customers with inquiries and issues related to our vacuum products. You will handle live chat support, address customer concerns, and perform various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via live chat, phone, email, and in-person. - Assist customers with product-related issues, troubleshooting, and service requests for Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea vacuums. - Process service requests, warranty claims, and product returns in accordance with company policies. - Perform administrative tasks, including updating customer records, managing service logs, and coordinating with technical support teams. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with the service team to resolve complex issues and improve service processes. - Stay informed about product features, updates, and common issues for the brands we service. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided. Requirements: -Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience in customer service, preferably in a technical or service-oriented field. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Familiarity with Tineco, Ecovacs, and Dibea products is a plus. - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
