SPARKSFLY O&G has successfully refurbished and delivered BOP - Top tensioning system to our client in U.K Scope - Hydraulic Cylinders 1. Removal of all hydraulic fittings and tubing and carry out inspection 2. NDT (MPI) of all structural welds and lift points 3. Refurbish all 2 cylinder and renew the cylinder [Standard Overhaul], incl. of seal kits, bearing & bushes 4. honing and re-chroming cylinder rods 5. Re-coat (cosmetic coating Gentian Blue – RAL 5010) 6. Box up entire unit, before FAT 7. Pressure testing in tandem with HPU Scope - HPU 1. Refurbishment of accumulators [2 X Units], coating to PCP404 Topside Specification & pre-charging 2. Recalibration of all gauges 3. Recalibration of all PRV’s 4. Replacement of all filters  5. Full strip and rebuild of Pumps 6. Thorough cleansing of tank 7. Frame coating touch up (RAL 5010) 8. Refill tank with Oil, Castrol CF22 [205 lit] 9. Box up entire unit, before FAT 10. Pressure testing in tandem with hyd. cylinders FAT 1. Function test 2.
