Hire Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager - Content Projects (Full-time, Remote) with a strong content management, strategy, and copywriting background. You will be responsible for leading projects that enhance our brand presence, engage target audiences, and drive business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
  • Create comprehensive content strategies that align with customer journeys and business objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify content needs and opportunities
  • Write and edit engaging and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, marketing materials, and social media
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • Review all content assets for quality and consistency before submission to clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring all content meets their needs and expectations
  • Track and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in project management, content strategy, and copywriting, preferably within the insurance sector
  • Proven proven track record of managing projects effectively and producing high-quality content
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
