Ansell is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team in Cyberjaya, MY.

In this individual contributor position you will play a vital role in implementation of data pipeline architecture and IIoT dashboard solution. He/She will be responsible to design and implement end-to-end IIoT solutions from the edge devices to the Azure cloud using standardized and leading technologies. He/She understands software architecture, data modelling, object-oriented programming concepts and have Full-Stack software development experience.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Senior Manager, Manufacturing Digital Solution, you will have the opportunity to:

• Design and implement highly available/scalable data pipelines using latest technology for ETL (extract, transform, load) jobs that process data from multiple sensors.
• Proactively architect, design and develop IIoT solutions which are highly scalable in production using standardized frameworks and functionalities across IIoT solutions.
• Understanding of full system development life cycle from the needs of the business through to specs, requirements, security issues, deployment and maintenance.
• Partner with the GE Engineering team/vendor to build interfaces between IIoT devices and data pipelines for ingesting data.
• Design robust cloud/server architecture and maintainable high-performance IIoT systems.
• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and build new API integrations to support continually increasing data in term of volume and complexity.
• Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve data that feeds business intelligence (BI)/Power BI tools, increase data accessibility and foster data-driven decision making across the organization.
• Establish automated mechanisms to improve data integrity across all big data sets.
• Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues for production pipelines.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for turning raw data into valuable information for manufacturing operation through analytics and Machine Learning Tools and Techniques.
• Responsible for high performing and diverse OT - systems, applications and network administrators for end to end management of mission and business critical OT/IT solutions from Edge to Enterprise that supporting all global manufacturing plants.

What will you bring to Ansell?

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or Scientific Computing, Data Analytics, Machine Learning
• Hands-on experience in data engineering, full-stack development, IoT edge, data analytics, develop Machine Learning, Python, R and SQL/MYSQL, Cloud Computing, Low level langua and preferably experience on Agile Software Development Methodologies

Related experience includes:

• Experience on machine automation environment
• Experience with integration of IIoT, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and IEDs in process control automation manufacturing environment
• Cloud Computing and Full-Stack Software Development
• Software development life cycle experience
• Machine Learning
• Data Governance
• MES / ERP (D365) Integration
• Expertise with agile software development in HTML5, React.js, Node.js, .Net, Azure, ThingWorx, Power BI, R, Ruby, SQL, JavaScript, Git & Github, Python, C#, C++ and familiarity with infrastructure deployment is preferred
• Strong understanding of IoT edge devices, cloud/server architectures (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with large applications and frameworks (prefers Azure)
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ pipelines, architectures and data sets
• Should exhibit experience with ETL process and concepts, advanced SQL knowledge
• Full-Stack design and development experience in both frontend and backend system
• Solid technology stack development practices, attention to detail, design, and quality
• Hands-on experience with iOS app development and developer level implementation experience with design, implementation and operation of a full-scale IIoT architecture from asset connectivity
• Hands-on experience in integrated software-hardware solutions for system monitoring and reporting
• Strong desire to learn new technologies and concepts, push the envelope, and share knowledge with others
• Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to understand audience and effectively communicate technical concepts
