Who we are

The Services are provided by the Verisure operating company in your country (each a "Service Provider"). Your information will be processed by the Service Provider acting as a data controller and your Service Provider will remain responsible for the handling of any personal information it collects from you and for compliance with any applicable data protection and/or privacy laws. You should refer to the Service Provider’s privacy notice for more information on the Service Provider’s privacy practices. If you go to Verisure.com you can find a link to the Service Provider in your country.

When you as a customer of a Service Provider add users to your account, the personal data of those individuals will be processed by the Service Provider in accordance with this privacy notice and the Service Provider's privacy notice. You are responsible for obtaining consent from these other users for this processing and ensuring that they are aware of the Service Provider's privacy notice.

In this notice, where we say ‘you’ or ‘your’, this means either you (a customer and a user), any authorised person acting on your behalf or any beneficiaries and other individuals in your household or organisation. Where we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’, this means Verisure and each Service Provider.

We use this information for our business operations, to communicate with you, to comply with the law, and to protect the security and integrity of the User Interfaces and Services.

Data we collect and process on behalf of Service Providers
