I am just very happy with how helpful Razer and its chats are every time I have a question or problem with any device. This is the second headset I've had issues with and everyone is always so helpful and kind. Everyone is also very patient with me when I have to log into something or register, especially when it was my first time doing so while in a chat. They are always so aptient and kind while I figure it out as we go.

My Razer experience was close to perfect. I had some problems but i fixed them. Razer support tried to help me but i like fixing problems. Other than that my Razer experience is very good.

Awesome. Just an awesome experience. I had an issue with my chair and the support staff really came through for me in responding quickly to my emails and shipping out replacement parts. I’ve used Razer for a very long time and will continue to use and recommend Razer to pretty much everyone I know.

Was awesome! The customer support rep I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly! Although I wasn’t able to get my device working or replaced because I bought it open box on Amazon, he was so helpful and nice about the situation and encouraged me to buy directly from Razer next time, which I will do! All things considered, give this guy a raise!
