The start of the internship was challenging due to the need for quick integration and familiarization with processes. However, with everyone's cooperation, my adjustment was swift. Once integrated into the team, I participated in conducting Toolbox Talks (TBTs) and was exposed for the first time to a large audience of drivers. As I demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, I started collaborating on delivering the TBTs. Throughout the internship, I was involved in preparing training sessions and inductions, and I improved my skills in Excel and data management. These responsibilities taught me how to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and allowed me to discover that I am adaptable to change, which is a strong point of mine. I also realized how crucial teamwork is for work dynamics and in any area of life.
