Bannerman is pleased to have partnered with Orano Namibia for the ‘Fat Rock’ initiative in #Namibia 🇳🇦 This initiative was born from a group of coastal mountain bikers riding from Swakopmund to Spitzkoppe. Raising awareness and providing the most vulnerable households in the communities of the Gaingu Conservancy with much needed food hampers, clothing, essential sanitary items and nappies. We are pleased to have been able to support this initiative local to our project area ⚛️ #UraniumESG

The Day of the African Child is commemorated annually on 16 June to reaffirm the commitment to the well-being and educational rights of children across Africa 🧑🎓 The theme for 2024, “Educate an African fit for the 21st Century: Building resilient education systems for increased access to inclusive, lifelong, quality, and relevant learning in Africa” has been observed and Bannerman Mining Resources is proud to share in this vision. This young African Child is a member of Mondesa Youth Opportunities which focuses on academic excellence and is supported by Bannerman Mining Resources Namibia 🇳🇦 Bannerman celebrates this day with every child across Africa! 🥳

Bannerman is proud to be a supporting partner of the Mary Pad Program initiated by the K'Negongo Foundation. This initiative is to promote not only public health and hygiene, but also an act aimed at enabling leaners to take part in everyday activities without fear or shame, hence, restoring their dignity. We hope and encourage all learners, male and female, to make use of such opportunities to take their education seriously so that one day, they may contribute to the advancement of their communities.
