From Shack to Shelter Last week, FNB Namibia in partnership with the Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia, the Pupkewitz Foundation, Ohorongo Cement, and the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development celebrated a significant milestone in Arandis with the groundbreaking ceremony for 38 houses. A first for the town, this initiative aims to provide community-driven housing for low-income families and address the housing crisis affecting over 900,000 Namibians living in informal settlements. The event also included a joint handover of N$2.5 million towards the Shack Dwellers Federation of Namibia. We are proud to be part of such impactful partnerships that drive meaningful progress.
