All good things must come to an end, and that includes the incredible PMI Global Summit 2024, held in Los Angeles from September 18 to 21. This year’s theme, "Gather, Grow, Guide," truly set the tone for an inspiring event. Thought leaders and influential personalities from around the world gathered to exchange ideas, grow through learning and collaboration, and guide the future of project management. The lanterns dimmed in Zanzibar where the meeting of PMI SSA chapter presidents was held from April 27 to 30, 2024. I had the honor of representing Niger at this significant session, which was not only a platform for sharing experiences but also a rich learning opportunity, especially for our nascent chapter. The focus was primarily on PMI's new NEXT strategy.
