Designed by COOKFOX and developed by MAG Partners, Atalaya, Safanad, and Qualitas, the 400,000-square-foot project will yield 480 rental units with 144 reserved for low- and middle-income households, as well as 8,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located on a through-block parcel between Seventh and Eighth Avenues with frontage on both West 28th and 29th Streets. The developers are aiming for LEED Silver certification.

Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Alchemy Properties- ABR Partners, and Cain International, the 440-foot-tall structure will yield 185,000 square feet of Class A office space and a new ground-floor home for the Calvary Baptist Church, which has operated on the site since 1883. Leading Builders Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Sixth and Seventh Avenues between One57 and 111 West 57th Street.

The new glass curtain wall has begun installation on One Madison Avenue, a 27-story commercial building in the Flatiron District. Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by SL Green, the National Pension Service of Korea, and Hines, the project involves the gut renovation of an eight-story structure and the construction of a new steel-framed addition above its parapet, and will yield 1.4 million square feet of office space and ground-floor retail. NYC Constructors is building the expansion and AECOM Tishman is the construction manager for the property, which occupies a full block at the southeast corner of Madison Square Park between Madison Avenue, Park Avenue South, East 23rd and 24th Streets.

Designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and developed by Cropsey AIRS LLC, the 105-foot-tall structure will span 765,291 square feet with 110 senior living units, a 108,793-square-foot community facility, a cellar level, and a 21-foot-long rear yard. NY Developers & Management is the general contractor for the property, which is located by the intersection of Cropsey Avenue and Bay 31st Street, directly northwest of Hill West Architects‘ 30-story 2230 Cropsey Avenue.
