Too much ejaculation can decrease testosterone levels and increases prolactin levels. Never think about sleeping with anyone who has nothing to lose or have a sense of shame. You need to make more money to buy assets. You need to learn blockchain and crypto before you start buying crypto. You don't need a degree to become a crorepati. Never go back to someone who cheated. Women won't love you if they don't respect you. Don't beg for a relationship, no matter the situation. Porn damages your dopamine receptors. Avoid porn as much as you can. One minute of lust can ruin your future. Attention is to women what sex is to men; stop giving free attention to the cheap women. Avoid alcohol, soy, and obesity to protect your testosterone. Listen more than you talk. Study psychology, cognitive bias, and body language. Have strong eye contact and a firm handshake. Always carry cash with you. Confidence is a jewellery on a man. Know yourself, know your background, know where you are going, know when to take a break and know when to continue. Do not lie to anyone in a relationship. Define what you want in every relationship. Be vulnerable to the right person. Above all, avoid who doesn't trust you, respect your time and vision, because in as much as we want to be loved and valued, it shouldn't be at the expense of your integrity and reputation.

All the local and international professors were impressed by all he was doing. We need to encourage and support homegrown research and development.

Yesterday, we had a meeting with the leadership of the College of Medicine University of Lagos Idi-Araba, to discuss the next line of our strategic partnership and implementation plans. As always, it was a fruitful conversation. The College is ready for longevity science. Over and above all, they have given us all the necessary support for #ILSA24. I am grateful to the school governing council and the leadership of TAFFD's for ensuring that we progress on our crusade against biological aging in the continent to close the Life Expectancy gaps in Africa.
