About us
EMM is a project dedicated to SDG Target 3.1: reducing maternal mortality. In collaboration with the Nigerian Ministry of Health, we are developing a programme to distribute life-saving medication in rural communities. We are developing a training curriculum for traditional birth attendants (TBAs) who are informal health workers delivering 50% of births worldwide. Additionally, we are building infrastructure, supported by mobile technology, to increase hospital referrals, prescription use, and drug accessibility in rural Nigeria.
