Inside #Day2 of the #Design Thinking Workshop Day 2 was all about turning ideas into action! Using practical tools and templates, our participants got hands-on with the design thinking process, unlocking their creative potential and solving real-world problems. Here’s what we worked on: Problem Statements: We crafted concise and powerful problem statements to guide our solutions. Can you describe a challenge you’re facing in one sentence? Stakeholder Mapping: The teams identified everyone impacted by their ideas and explored relationships between stakeholders. It was amazing to see how connections shape solutions! Persona Creation: Participants brought users to life with detailed profiles—age, needs, challenges, and even a moodboard! Who would you design for if you had the chance? Customer Journey Mapping: We traced step-by-step journeys, uncovering pain points and opportunities to delight users. The emotion curves were eye-opening! Brainstorming Sessions: With sticky notes flying, rules like “quantity over quality” helped participants generate loads of creative ideas. What’s the wildest idea you’ve had recently? We are delighted to welcome EMMANUEL ODEH ADIKPE, Founder and CEO of Ihifix, as a Judge for our Digital Xpress Pitch Competition. Digital Xpress is a unique program designed to equip artisans with the digital skills necessary to grow and scale their businesses. Launched in Aba last November, the program commenced with a two-day training session for 100 fashion designers within this vibrant fashion hub. Participants have also benefited from personalized follow-up mentoring from LusterHeight trainers at their respective workplaces. Funding plays a crucial role in business growth, and we are pleased to support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in this area. Huge Congratulations to Our Amazing 3MTT Fellows! We’re beyond excited to share some incredible news! Ihifix Technologies, as one of the select Applied Learning Clusters (ALC) for the 3MTT Program, has seen some outstanding achievements from our fellows who’ve learned with us! Out of over 80 submissions, Over 6 teams from Ihifix participated and 3 of them made it to the Top 5 Finalists. But here’s the best part – two of our teams came in 1st and 2nd place in the final pitch! This is a huge win for our talented fellows who’ve shown incredible creativity, problem-solving skills, and determination.
