    Product Manager

🎉Exciting News Alert🎉 I’m thrilled to announce the completion of my fellowship program with ProductLab. Following the successful completion of my Product Management program at DevCareer, I was eager to apply my skills and knowledge to a real-world project. Thanks to Oluwadamilola Fatoyinbo, I was introduced to ProductLab Fellowship program which presented the perfect opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and practice. After experiencing an insightful and transformative three months fellowship program in product management, I am thrilled to announce that I have successfully completed this incredible three-month journey! 🎉 Over the past three months, I’ve had the privilege of enhancing my skills and gaining invaluable insights through hands-on projects by working on an innovative Learning Management System (LMS) project. Over the past three months, I’ve not only developed new skills but also gained the confidence to tackle complex challenges. Some of my key achievements include: Creating a Product Requirement Document: I developed a detailed Product Requirement Document outlining the project’s objectives, target segments, use cases, and feature requirements. This document became a vital guide for the developers working on the LMS project. Cross- Functional Collaboration: Working closely with software developers and product designer, we were able to create a cohesive and user-friendly LMS interface design using figma. This collaborative effort not only expanded my skill set but also demonstrated the importance of teamwork and effective communication in achieving project goals. Leveraging Notion for Task Management: I effectively used Notion to assign tasks, manage project timelines, and track progress. This ensured that every team member was aligned and focused on our goals. Leading Stand-Up Meetings: I organized and facilitated stand-up meetings, fostering clear communication and collaboration among the team, which was crucial for our project's success. The fellowship program has equipped me with essential skills and the confidence needed to navigate real-world projects successfully. I am incredibly grateful for the mentorship and hands-on experience I gained throughout this program. I am incredibly grateful to my mentor Oluwaseyi Morountonu for her invaluable guidance and support during the fellowship program. Her insights and encouragement were instrumental in my learning and professional growth. My deepest gratitude to the program facilitator Odunayo Adedipe for her unwavering support and guidance throughout this fellowship program. Thank you ProductLab for this great opportunity, I am excited to apply these insights to future projects and continue growing in the product management field.
