Today, we took a significant step towards fostering a mentally healthy workplace with our Mental Health Awareness session. Mental health is a cornerstone of overall well-being, impacting productivity, engagement, and overall happiness in the workplace. Shockingly, studies show that nearly 20% of working adults experience some form of mental health issue each year.   Our session emphasized the importance of recognizing the signs, offering support, and promoting a culture where mental health is openly discussed and prioritized. We believe that by fostering an environment that values mental well-being, we can empower our team to thrive both personally and professionally.
