This session was a global Insights Panel about Navigating a World of Technological Disruption and AI.     How To Stay Motivated with Daniel Pink It can be a challenge to stay motivated everyday when we are pushed to our limits. According to Daniel Pink, in order to stay motivated, we have to feel that we are making progress. (It’s not what you actually accomplish as much as how you feel you’ve accomplished anything). So, to feel that we are making progress, we have to take time to reflect and track our progress. ✔️Establish a Daily Progress Ritual: End each workday by writing down what you accomplished. This simple act can shift your focus from what’s left to do to what you’ve already done, boosting your sense of progress and motivation. ✔️Recognise the Value in Small Wins: Focus on incremental steps. Small wins build up, leading to significant progress over time. Remember, every small step counts. By reflecting daily and recognising your progress, you can stay motivated and even your wellbeing goes up when you take the time to write down three good things that happened today.
